    by the government of india to look for the welfare of the
    labour and to maintain cordial realtion between industries
    and labour.
    it is being applied in manufacturing industries where more labour
    and workforce is applicable
    it is being applied to ensure order,systematic ,transparency in
    industries and to avoid any conflicts betwen labour and manager at all level in management

  3. industrial relations and labour labour welfaer is needed in order to protect the intrest of the labour that are employed in industries.Since 1991 when the Government of India started
    Liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation labour are needed to be protected so that they are not exploited by the employer. industrial relations and labour welfaer can be applied
    in any industries where the employed a huge number of work force
